Mid-week make-over time!
On the one well manicured hand, we have Vogue:
Style. Glamour. Grace.
Pretty Lanvin pastels and bold red banner.
And on the flip side, the gloss-tastic Famous:
Moody yellow, greige and pasty tween idols.
There we have it. I stood, and now sit, at a crossroads.
Vogue tells me plainly,
"WHAT YOU NEED NOW".
I get to choose my choice
- style versus little-substance fluff.
The dollar$$$ are quickly doing
a disappearing act from my bank account.
Sadly, I stare at the piles of magazines I have
to pack up for The Big Easy move.
On the plus side,
Lady subcribes to Marie Clare, so there is one
small saving for womankind,
and a small addition to my addiction.
So the choice is mine.
I choose style.
With a side of fluff. Every now and then. x
